The Health Science Index is a proprietary mobile app designed to prioritize and faciliate lifestyle choices as they relate to specific medical conditions. While some people already know what lifestyle choices will keep them healthy, other individuals may have unseen issues which need improvement.

HSI allows patients and healthcare providers to track metrics and the recovery process to reach a state of optimal health and to improve outcomes

How does it work?
Lifestyle choices have an impact on health. These choices, called “determinants of health,” have been recognized as key elements in better patient outcomes, and yet there has been no simple way to assess or track them – until now.

The Health Science Index makes health decisions simple, by focusing your effort and energy on your top challenge areas – those things that will bring the most positive change to your physical and mental health. It does this through self-evaluations designed by top health specialists in each field.

Based on your responses and prescribed importance levels in each area, the application will display the top three things that will make the most difference in your life. These areas of focus will be sent as reminders each morning. Once you see those reminders, do what you can to improve on them to the best of your ability. Over time, you can update those areas as they get better.
